1. Overview
Northstar CFO provides fractional CFO advisory services designed to help small businesses improve financial clarity and strategic planning. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Advisory Disclaimer: Northstar CFO is an advisory firm, not a CPA firm. We do not provide audited financial statements, statutory audits, or tax filing services. Our insights are intended for strategic guidance only.
2. Scope of Services
Our services include financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, scenario modeling, margin optimization, and strategic advisory. We rely on the accuracy of the financial data provided by you or through your connected accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.). Northstar CFO is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete source data.
3. Payment & Subscription
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. We do not require long-term contracts; however, partial months will not be prorated.
4. Data Confidentiality & Security
We treat your financial data with the highest level of confidentiality. Our AI-powered analysis is conducted over secure, encrypted channels. We never sell or share your business data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used solely to provide and improve the advisory services requested by you.
5. Limitation of Liability
Financial projections and models provided by Northstar CFO are illustrative estimates based on historical data and specific assumptions. They are not guarantees of future performance. Northstar CFO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from business decisions made based on our advisory services.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Northstar CFO is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
